We accept most medical insurance plans.

Workers’ Compensation (Workman’s Comp)

Our office sees Workers’ Compensation patients, and participates in Horizon Casualty, Saint Barnabas and Medicare. Dr. Bram performs need-for-treatment examinations and independent medical evaluations that me be required when filing a Workman’s Comp claim.

Motor Vehicle Injuries

Dr. Bram has extensive experience treating patients involved in motor vehicle accidents. You do not need a physician referral to see Dr. Bram. He also accepts PIP arbitrations and most letters of protection through your attorney.

Payment

All insurance co-payments are due at your visit. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

Appointment Cancellation

Please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel.
All visits must be scheduled in advance.

After-Hours Emergencies

Our office phone lines are transferred to a live answering service, which will contact Dr. Bram.
