Insurance

If prior insurance authorization is required, please obtain an authorization number before your visit. We accept most insurance plans. However, when you schedule your first appointment, please ask if we accept your plan. If not, we’ll be happy to explore alternative arrangements.

Workers’ Compensation (Workman’s Comp)

We are certified by both NJ and NY to treat Workers’ Compensation patients and we participate in Horizon Casualty.

Motor Vehicle Injuries

Dr. Bram has extensive experience treating patients involved in motor vehicle accidents. You do not need a physician referral to see Dr. Bram. He also accepts PIP arbitrations and most letters of protection through your attorney.

Payment

All insurance co-payments are due at your visit. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.

Appointment Cancellation

Please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel.
All visits must be scheduled in advance.

After-Hours Emergencies

Our office phone lines are transferred to a live answering service, which will contact Dr. Bram.
